Permissions for Each Member Type
Each user role has a unique set of permissions that give them different levels of control over your team. These range from the Workspace Owner, who can control everything, to Project Viewers,who can only view limited data.
Workspace Owner
The Workspace Owner has access to all settings, tracked data, and features in the workspace.
Executive Manager
Executive Managers have access to most settings and data. The Workspace Owner can limit their access to some items depending on their management permissions.
Team Manager
Team Managers can access the tracked data of workspace members within their teams only. This includes tracked time, tasks, projects, and screenshots.
Project Manager
Project Managers can only access the data of members assigned to their projects. This includes managing projects and tasks, along with their assigned members.
Employee
Employees can only access their own tracked data. The Workspace Owner and Executive Managers can give them extra permissions if necessary.
Project Viewer
Project Viewers can only view the tracked data of assigned projects. Project Viewers can be clients invited to view the tracked data on projects they are paying for.

Organize Your Workspace with Teams and Titles
Apart from assigning member types, you can enhance your organization efforts with Teams and Member Titles. These will help you find the data you’re looking for faster in your workspace’s Reports and Monitoring sections.
Assigning Members to Teams

You can choose which projects to share with each Project Viewer to give them access to only the data they need to see.
