Take Advantage of PayPal Time Tracking with a Few Steps
Go to Finances > Payroll. Choose PayPal in the Export Methods column for each workspace member that you want to pay with PayPal Payouts.
Click Export in the bottom-right of the page. You’ll get a zip file with spreadsheets in the native formats of all selected payment gateways.
Import data from your “export-paypal.csv” spreadsheet into PayPal Payouts to complete your bulk payment.

Where can I set my team’s hourly rates so WebWork can generate earned amounts?
You can set hourly rates for your workspace members, projects, or individual contracts.
- To set an hourly rate for members, go to People, select the member > Billing, and set the rate.
- To set an hourly rate for a project, go to Projects, select the project > Properties and set the rate.
- To set an hourly rate for a contract, go to Projects > Contracts. Under the Hourly Rate column of each contract, select Custom Rate, and set the rate.
Can I choose the period I’d like to export payroll data from?
Yes, you can set the period of the payroll report from the date field on top of the Payroll page.
Can I export the payroll data of only certain workspace members?
Yes, you can choose which workspace members’ payroll data you’d like to export from the Members tab on top of the Payroll page.
