No, you cannot use WebWork without the knowledge of your team members.

Can I set different time zones for my workspace members?

Yes, you can. To do this, make sure there’s no time zone selected under the System Time Zone field in Settings > Workspace > Configuration. Each of your workspace members will then need to choose their own time zone in Settings > Profile Settings > Profile.
