Go to Integrations in your WebWork dashboard, find Remote, and click Enable. After approving access in the Authorization window, your Remote members appear in WebWork — select who to import and click Import. They then track time in WebWork, and you can pay them through Remote directly on WebWork.

Do I need a Remote account to use this integration?

Yes. You need both an active WebWork workspace and a Remote account. The integration connects the two platforms so data flows automatically between them.

Who can claim the 20% Remote discount?

Any active WebWork user. Go to Integrations > Perks in your WebWork dashboard, find Remote, and claim the discount. The 20% applies to all Remote plans for a full year.

Does the integration work for both employees and contractors?

Yes. Remote supports both full-time employees and independent contractors across 180+ countries. WebWork tracks time for both — the integration works regardless of worker classification.

Does the integration automatically sync changes from Remote?

Yes. You can enable Auto-sync in the integration settings so member data stays in sync between WebWork and Remote. There is also an Auto-remove option — when enabled, removing a member in Remote removes them in WebWork as well.
